SPOKANE-- Crews responded to an extrication call Thursday near the intersection of 3rd and Arthur.
Officials say a woman in a passenger car rear ended a woman on a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was not thrown of her bike, but was taken to an area hospital for lower back pain.
The driver of the car was cited for driving without insurance, following too closely and driving with a suspended license.
