SPOKANE-- A woman broke her ankle Monday when she fell out of a moving car on Division.
Officials say a car was turning left from 3rd onto division when the passenger fell out of the car. The door was not shut tight and she wasn’t wearing her seatbelt.
The woman suffered a compound fracture in her ankle she broke her ankle and scrapes and bruises.
The road was blocked for about 25 minutes.
