SPOKANE VALLEY -- A cement truck overturned and blocked traffic in Spokane Valley Tuesday morning.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of Trent & Barker and blocked traffic until just before 11:00 a.m.
Troopers say the driver of the truck was trying to make a left turn onto Barker from Trent when the truck tipped over. The driver was not hurt.
The cement mixer of the truck was still spinning when it wrecked and a small amount on cement spilled onto the roadway.
