Authorities on scene told KREM 2 News the car hit a patch of black ice that sent it rolling off the road on to its side.
One lane of Government Way was closed for almost two hours.
Traffic on Government Way re-opened at 6:50 a.m.
Slippery conditions were reported across the region Tuesday and authorities asked drivers to slow down because of ice from the freezing fog. Liberty Lake and the West Plains area were the locations that reported the heaviest fog.
