SPOKANE, Wash. -- Construction crews finished work along 29th Avenue on Tuesday.
The road re-opened to drivers between Bernard and High Drive. The $2.7 million project was funded by the 10-Year Street Bond, Water Department, and Transportation Benefit District.
The 29th construction project began in summer of 2012. Crews replaced 29th from Grand to Bernard but ran out of time to begin phase two. Phase one finished in October 2012.
