NORTH SPOKANE-- Traffic investigators say oil build up on the roads through the summer and fall added with Friday morning's rain made the roads slick and caused a five car crash.
It happened around 8:20 Friday morning around Whitworth University on Waikiki Road north of Hawthorne.
The first car slowed down and the rest could not stop in time.
No one was hurt but a couple of the cars had to be towed away.
