SPOKANE, Wash. -- Police say a driver is at fault in a crash with a pedestrian in north Spokane.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. near Division and Hawthorne.
The pedestrian was headed westbound on Hawthorne, when the driver tried to turn off Hawthorne onto Division.
The pedestrian rolled onto the hood and crashed into the windshield. He suffered superficial injuries on his face but will otherwise be okay.
WSP cited the driver for failing to yield, driving with a suspended license and not having insurance.
