SPOKANE VALLEY--All lanes of Eastbound Interstate 90 at Barker were blocked for an hour Friday due to a wreck.
The wreck occurred near Milepost 293. Officials say the injury collision involved 2 cars.
Although the lanes have reopened, transportation officials say to expect long delays as the backup clears.
