Police standoff over in Spokane Valley

SPOKANE-- A standoff with a suspect in a home invasion robbery in Spokane Valley is over.

Standoff ends at 400 block of North University in the Spokane Valley.

Just before seven, Jeremy Dixon came out of a home on the 400 block North University in the Spokane Valley.

He'd been barricaded inside with his girlfriend and another man. Police arrested Dixon. He faces first degree robbery charges. Police believe he was involved in a home invasion robbery about 9:00 last night on the 1300 block of North Cook.

Officers have since arrested two more suspects.

Police tell KREM 2 News four people, at least one armed, broke into a home, beat a man and robbed him.

The man suffered broken bones and was treated and released from the hospital.
