SPOKANE VALLEY -- An adult bookstore in Spokane Valley is listed as a prime spot in the city to meet people for random sex.

The Hollywood Erotic Boutique at 9611 E. Sprague.

According to Spokane Police, last week former Washington State Representative Richard Curtis met 26-year-old Cody Castanga at the Hollywood Erotic Boutique on East Sprague.

Documents also show Curtis was there about a month ago. A Hollywood Erotic Boutique employee agreed, telling investigators Curtis visited the store "three weeks to a month ago."

On gay internet sex sites, there are dozens of accounts of men having sex in the upstairs theater of the business.

A witness who saw Curtis and Castanga at the boutique last week said the two were also spotted in the theater engaging in sexual activites.

Over the past year, police have not investigated any reports of sexual activity at the business.
