NORTH SPOKANE -- Three people swimming at Global Fitness near the Division Y were nearly crushed when a large section of roof collapsed over the pool Tuesday.

Firefighters leave Global Fitness after the roof collapsed.

All three were able to get out of the water safely. However, the Spokane Co. Dive Team was called to the the gym the check the water to make sure no one was trapped.

Below is a list of a few of those collapses that occurred Tuesday morning:

* Evergreen Building Product; 3200-block of East Ferry.

* Trinity Baptist Church; 6528 N. Monroe.

* A warehouse along the 1400-block of North Greene near Mission (Six businesses are located in the warehouse. A section of the roof collapsed over Abrasive: Shop Equipment & Supplies).

Police say a gas line was ruptured in the collapse, which had to be shut off.

So far there have been no reports of injuries in the collapses.
