PULLMAN -- Washington State University basketball player DeAngelo Casto was arrested early Friday morning in Pullman.
According to the Pullman Police Department, officers first responded to a call of a fight in progress around 12:07am at 835 NE B Street. Several units were sent to the scene.
Casto was arrested and charged with fourth degree assault.
The former Ferris High School standout averaged 10.7 points a team-high seven rebounds a game last season for the Cougars. He just wrapped up his sophomore season at WSU.
