PULLMAN -- Iowa State transfer Jordan Railey signed a Financial Aid Agreement with Washington State on Thursday.
Railey, a 6'11" center, played two seasons at Iowa State. As a sophomore in 2011-12, Railey appeared in 13 games for the Cyclones, averaging 0.5 points and 0.7 rebounds in 3.5 minutes per game.
As a freshman, Railey averaged 2.0 points and 1.5 rebounds per game in 25 contests for ISU, averaging nine minutes a game.
Railey has also ran into trouble off the court, getting suspended twice by Iowa State as a freshman. He once broke team rules after a one-car accident on New Year's Eve, and then Railey was banned indefinitely after allegedly fighting in public that April.
