After one year at Oregon Brett Kingma will continue his career with another Pac-12 program. The former Duck took to Twitter Monday to announce that he's headed to Washington St.
Kingma's tweet read: "excited to go to washington state this year and continue my journey in pullman".
The Mill Creek native played in 19 games for Oregon as a freshman, averaging 3.1 points. He scored a career high 10 points against Vanderbilt, and hit three three-pointers at Washington State.
As a senior at Jackson High School he earned Class 4A player of the year honors in 2011.
Kingma will have to sit out the 2012-2013 season as a result of NCAA transfer rules.
