Spokane outfielder Mike Bianucci misplays a fly ball in the ninth inning of Thursday night's game against Yakima.
Nothing seemed to go right in the 5-1 loss Thursday night against Yakima.
The pitchers were out of control. Richard Bleier and Juan Peralta combined for six walks over seven innings of work. The two allowed three runs on only five hits. Dustin Brader tossed the final two innings, allowing two runs on two hits.
Outfielder Mike Bianucci didn't help Brader's cause, misjudging two fly balls in the ninth inning. Both resulted in runs for the Bears.
The Indians couldn't generate many runs either. The lone tally was scored on a Joey Butler triple in the second inning.
The two squads are back at it tomorrow night at Avista Stadium. First pitch is slated for 6:30pm.
