COEUR D'ALENE -- Ironman is all about the race. But for the cheering fans, it's also about the food.
Vendors at Ironman say it is a great weekend to rake in extra cash. One vendor also says it is one of the best ways to meet people.
"It's a really neat opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I think I've had people from every continent and the United States come through to have our shaved ice," said vendor Randy Folk.
Folk says he enjoyed this weekend so much that he plans on being open for the Fourth of July holiday as well.
