SPOKANE, Wash. -- Hoopfest organizers put out a new mobile website this year to help participants make their way around the tournament.

The special mobile site will help people navigate to when and where they need to play.  With almost 7,000 teams and 14,000 games, participants said it is a lot to take in.

"We really feel like it's going to be beneficial for not only our players but even our court monitors.  It gives them another tool to communicate with teams,” said Hoopfest Marketing Manager Kirstin Davis.

Also on the site, people can get information on players and scoring information.

There is a section called 'my teams' where people can list up to ten teams as their favorite, and track them through the entire tournament.

Hoopfest organizers said there may be a delay with scoring because they can’t plug information into the website until teams submit an official score card.

The site can be accessed from any phone.  Just log onto www.spokanehoopfest.net
