Sandpoint's Hogan snags Play of the Week honors

Sandpoint's Ben Hogan snagged HS GameTime Play of the Week honors for his amazing one-handed interception last week.

Hogan's grab is easily one of the best catches we've seen this year. It happened in last Friday's state quarterfinal win against Middleton.

Sandpoint's defense was rock solid in the outing. Middleton completed just 1-of-7 passes for two yards. The Bulldogs beat the Vikings, 30-0.

The Bulldogs play in the semifinals on Saturday at home against Hillcrest. Kickoff is scheduled for 1pm.

If Sandpoint wins, they'll face either Twin Falls or Blackfoot for the 4A state title on November 20th or November 21st. Dates, times, and locations for state championship game will be decided once the final teams are known.
