SPOKANE -- It was an eerie, foggy scene at Joe Albi Stadium on Friday night. A perfect setting for a game played the night before Halloween.

It was also a perfect setting for Mt. Spokane to play Rogers in the HS GameTime Game of the Week. The Wildcats had a chance to win the Greater Spokane League title with a victory; and that's exactly what they did.

Mt. Spokane pounded past the Pirates, 56-0. The Wildcats finish the regular season 8-1 record; 7-1 in the GSL. They stand alone as the league's top team.

Colten Williams was the star for Mt. Spokane. He carried the ball ten times for 118 yards and three touchdowns. Chase Naccarato also shined for the Wildcats. He only ran the ball two times for 43 yards, but both went for touchdowns. He also returned a punt for a score.

The Mt. Spokane defense also deserves a shout out. They pitched their third shutout of the season on Friday night. The Wildcats allowed just 63 total yards to Rogers.

Next up for the Greater Spokane League are crossover games with the Big Nine. Mt. Spokane plays next Friday at 5:30pm at Joe Albi Stadium (opponent TBD).

Don't forget that you can watch all of Friday night's highlights right here on the new KREM.com (Part 1 -- Part 2).
