SPOKANE -- We asked you to vote for the HS GameTime Play of the Week during the high school football season and you turned out in full force.

We had so much success that we put all of the best highlights up for the HS GameTime Play of the Year. To make things more interesting, local Toyota dealers offered a $222 check for the winning school.

Again, you didn't disappoint. Nearly 8,000 votes were cast for the top play.

East Valley High School running back Adam Tally won the top honor for a 92-yard touchdown run against Cheney on October 15th (watch). He received more than 46-percent of the vote.

Tally was a huge surprise for the Knights this season. The sophomore was listed fifth on the depth chart at running back before the season, known more for soccer than football. The game against Cheney was his first career start. He ran for more than 280 yards and scored two touchdowns. He starred for the Knights for the rest of the season.

We handed over the $222 check to East Valley today. The school told us the money will go toward a special needs fund. That fund helps low income students pay for art fees, get clothing, and so much more.

Congratulations to East Valley High School and Adam Tally for winning the HS GameTime Play of the Year. Thanks to everyone who participated this season. We'll start the voting for the basketball season in January.
