PALOUSE -- Voting for the HS GameTime Game of the Week was hot and heavy this week. In the end, the showdown between Almira-Coulee/Hartline and Garfield-Palouse was the top choice.
More than half of the 2,000 votes (the most votes we've ever received for a HS GameTIme Game of the Week) went to the battle between the Warriors and the Vikings.
Both squads are undefeated this year. ACH is 2-0 after posting convincing wins against Wellpinit (68-34) and Columbia-Inchelium (38-0), while Garfield-Palouse is 1-0 thanks to a 42-0 win against Selkirk last week.
Kickoff between the two teams is scheduled for 7pm in Palouse. We'll have all the highlights Friday night on HS GameTime on KREM 2 News at 11.
