Josh Heytvelt is one of three Gonzaga seniors that got a mohawk for their final year.

Fear: Mac Hopson. 6'2" Vandals junior guard is averaging 16 points and 4.5 assists in his first two games. Hopson transferred from WSU and has proven he can play against big-time talent with 13 points and five assists against Michigan State on Sunday (Idaho lost 100-62).

Watch for: Idaho forward Luis Augusto's tongue hanging out. The 6'8", 245-pound Augusto is not exactly a burner getting up and down the court, so look for Josh Heytvelt to run him ragged in transition for easy buckets.

Respect: Pargo's ability to dish. Pargo is coming off his fourth double-digit assist game of his career on Saturday when he had 10 in the Bulldogs' win over MSU-Billings.

Random stuff: This is the Zags' last home game for a month when they return to Spokane for a Dec. 18 game against Texas Southern. GU plays the next six games on the road. Austin Daye started his sophomore year just like his freshman year, with a double-double (15 points, 12 rebounds). Don Verlin is in his first year coaching the Vandals after spending the last 11 years at Utah State. Idaho beat Michigan State on the boards 33-31, but turned the ball over 22 times in their loss.
