SPOKANE -- The Gonzaga men's basketball team will be without forward Ryan Spangler for the next 2-3 weeks of the season.
Spangler broke the little finger on his left hand in practice on Monday. He was scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday.
Spangler, a freshman from Blanchard, Oklahoma, is averaging 2.6 points and 2.2 rebounds per game this year.
The Bulldogs return home this week to face San Francisco on Thursday and San Diego on Saturday.
