SPOKANE -- The Gonzaga women’s basketball team dropped three spots in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Top 25 Poll this week and is now No. 25.
The Bulldogs received 63 votes this week, 55 less than a week ago after going 1-1. The Zags opened the week up earning an 87-52 win over the University of San Francisco before dropping a 66-63 decision to Saint Mary’s College which snapped a 34-game undefeated streak in West Coast Conference action.
Gonzaga also fell out of the Associated Press Top 25 poll but is still the first team of ‘others receiving votes’ with 41 total votes.
