SPOKANE -- Unless St. Mary's has a monumental collapse, the Gonzaga men's basketball team needs to stay perfect through their last four conference games.
That quest for perfection starts this week on the road against Santa Clara (8-17; 0-12) on Thursday and San Francisco (17-10; 7-6) on Saturday.
Gonzaga (20-4; 10-2) is currently 1.5 games behind St. Mary's (23-3; 12-1) in the standings. The Gaels only play one conference game this week. They face Loyola Marymount (16-10; 9-4) at home on Wednesday.
