SPOKANE— Traveling to San Diego to watch Gonzaga’s NCAA tournament opener could cost fans more than $1,200.
The NCAA Tournament selection was announced Sunday, with Gonzaga playing Friday, March 21st against Oklahoma State in San Diego.
The teams were scheduled to meet at San Diego State University’s Viejas Arena. The state-of-the art facility that seats 12,414 was built in 1997 and formerly named Cox Arena.
Tickets for the game ranged from $313 to $1395 in price. They are now on sale here.
For fans interested in traveling to watch the Bulldogs, round-trip flights departing Spokane during the morning on Friday, March 20th were priced as low as $783 on Sunday.
The Rodeway Inn Qualcomm Stadium, less than a mile away from stadium offered nightly rates as low as $74.99 for the general public.
