SPOKANE -- Gonzaga University women’s basketball player Taelor Karr, who transferred from Kansas State University this summer, is eligible to play this season as determined by the NCAA.
Karr, a junior guard, and Kansas State parted ways after her sophomore season. She played in all 32 games for the Wildcats last season, including 29 starts. Karr played 33.3 minutes per game and averaged 10.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.4 steals.
“I am extremely happy for Taelor,” Gonzaga head coach Kelly Graves said. “Sitting out a year as a transfer is difficult, so I am excited for her to play immediately. She is a great addition to our team and will only make us better."
