Gonzaga's resume is complete. After running away from Saint Mary's Monday night to lock up the West Coast Conference Championship all they can do is sit back and wait for Selection Sunday. Many college basketball analysts believe that when the top-ranked Zags get their name called it will be as a No. 1 seed. ESPN's Joe Lunardi has them holding strong as the West's top seed. CBS Sports agrees, predicting a possible second round matchup against former Gonzaga head coach Dan Monson and Long Beach State. Sports illustrated sees them taking on CAA champ James Madison. Of the 10 bracket projections we looked at seven predicated a one seed for GU. The other three pegged them as a two seed. The No. 1 seed would be another first for the Zags, who at 31-2 have also reached the 30-win plateau for the first time in program history. Their highest previous tournament seed came in 2004 when they landed a No. 2.
