TULSA – The Milwaukee Iron (6-2) took back first place in the Week 9 Arena Football League poll after comfortably defeating Dallas at home last week.

Spokane (6-2) jumped to No. 2, their highest ranking this season, after taking down top-ranked Jacksonville on Saturday. The Shock earned two first place votes, six short of the eight Milwaukee received.

Jacksonville (6-2) dropped to No. 3, falling from the top spot after losing to Spokane.

The Chicago Rush (6-2) moved up one spot after a kick-off return in the final seconds of the game to steal a win against Cleveland.

Tulsa (5-3), also receiving first place votes, dropped one spot after a close win at Bossier-Shreveport last week.

Bossier and Alabama both dropped two spots after losses, while Tampa Bay jumped up to the middle of the pack after a solid win against rival Orlando.

The Shock have their second bye of the season this week. They return to action on June 12th on the road against Orlando.
