TULSA – The Spokane Shock hold the No. 1 spot in the Arena Football League Coaches Poll for the first time this season.

The Shock, who picked up ten first place votes, defeated Tulsa last Friday to improve to 8-2 on the year. That's the best record in the AFL. The Shock will battle sixth-ranked Milwaukee on the road on Saturday.

Spokane's win and Jacksonville's subsequent loss last week knocked the Sharks out of the top-spot and dropped them to third.

The Arizona Rattlers received four first place votes and jumped from No. 4 to No. 2 after defeating Bossier-Shreveport by a 29 points last week. Arizona is set to play Jacksonville on Saturday.

Bossier-Shreveport will take on the No. 5 Tampa Bay Storm on Friday on the NFL Network.

No. 4 Chicago claimed victory over Milwaukee, 63-56, which bumped the Rush up one spot. This week, Chicago play the Orlando Predators.
