SPOKANE -- The Spokane Shock announced on Wednesday that quarterback Kyle Rowley has been added to the 2010 roster.
Over his decorated Arena Football career, Rowley has passed for 16,696 yards with 347 passing touchdowns.
In 2006, Rowley led the Shock to an ArenaCup Championship in team’s inaugural season. He was named the af2’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2008. Last season, Rowley set the af2’s single-season passing yardage record (4,693 yards).
“Kyle is a proven winner with a championship resume,” head coach Rob Keefe said. “Over his career he has done it all. We’re excited to add a player like Kyle who is not only a veteran, but also a tremendous leader.”
Spokane kicks off the inaugural season of the AF1 on April 2nd when they host the Milwaukee Iron.
