Michael Roos says he didn't have much when his mother moved their family from Estonia to Vancouver, WA. The help the All-Pro lineman got growing up inspired him to return the favor. This week the former Eastern Washington standout is doing just that, hosting his 3rd annual Fish and Chip tournament.

This year the Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort is the backdrop for Roos' NFL buddies. On Friday the group that teed off at Circling Raven Golf Club included Hall of Famer Dick Butkus, and Spokane's Mark Rypien, as well as current pros like Matt Hasselbeck and Jared Allen. The efforts of Roos, his fellow athletes, and all others involved is in support of the Boys & Girls Club.

The fishing portion of the weekend event takes place Saturday.
