PULLMAN - Washington State running back Leon Brooks appeared in court Monday, after being arrested for DUI early Sunday.
A Whitman County Sheriff's Deputy made the arrest at 3:01 a.m. Sunday. Brooks is now scheduled to appear in District Court February 7th.
As a junior in 2012 Brooks logged 12 carries for 78 yards and one touchdown, to go with seven receptions for 22 yards. He also returned seven punts for 74 yards.
A WSU spokesperson told KREM 2 that coaches are aware of the situation, and it will remain a team matter.
