SPOKANE, Wash. -- No. 12 seed Gonzaga will play No. 5 seed Iowa State Saturday in the Zags' first game of the NCCA Tournament. This makes for the Bulldogs' fifth straight season in the dance.
The game is set for 1:15 p.m. on ESPN 2. The teams will face each other in Spokane's own McCarthey Athletic Center.
This is the first meeting for Gonzaga and Iowa State. The Bulldogs will put their 27-5 season up against the Cyclones, who have won just 23 contests this season.
