FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Former Gonzaga basketball star Dan Dickau is expected to make his NBA D-League debut on Tuesday.
Dickau, who was out of basketball after being released by the Phoenix Suns in training camp, was officially traded to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants of the NBDL on Monday. Dickau's rights were previously held by the Springfield Armor, who received guard Kyle McAlarney in return.
Fort Wayne plays at home on Tuesday against Reno. Tip-off is scheduled for 4pm (PT). You can watch the game live here.
Dickau hasn't played professionally in the U.S. since he last saw action in the NBA during the 2007-08 season. The 31-year-old played last year in Germany.
In his six-year NBA career, Dickau averaged 5.8 points and 2.5 assists per game. He suited up for Atlanta, Portland, Dallas, New Orleans, Boston, and the Los Angeles Clippers.
