Washington State grad and Boise State head coach Leon Rice will stay put rather than continue conversations with WSU, according to ESPN's Andy Katz . 

Rice is a Cougar alum and former Gonzaga assistant. He has led BSU to 20 win seasons three out of the last four seasons.  Rice was scheduled to make $480,000 next season prior .

Reports surfaced that Cougar Athletic Director had his sights set on Rice after a tweet Friday morning from Washington State's ASWSU president Taylor Hennessey stating that an offer had been extended 

Moos has been notably tight-lipped about the search, with today's developments as the only significant developments in the search since Ken Bone was fired March 18th. Moos only said he hoped to have a new coach in place by the end of the NCAA Tournament.
