BOSTON -- Former Mead High School and Gonzaga University star Adam Morrison is reportedly working out for the Boston Celtics this week.
Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports said Morrison ran drills for Boston's front-office and coaching staffs on Tuesday and Wednesday.
"The Celtics aren’t close to deciding if they’ll make any kind of make-good contract offer for training camp," Wojnarowski reported.
Morrison spent the last two seasons with the Lakers, but was not re-signed by Los Angeles during the offseason.
The third overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Bobcats, Morrison has averaged 7.5 points and 2.1 rebounds in 161 career games.
