After a rare day off Monday, the Spokane Indians dropped out of first place in the Northwest League’s East Division with a loss at Boise.

Mrs. Idaho was in the house Tuesday night to throw out the first pitch, but even she was not able to distract the Indians. Unfazed, the Indians struck first with a grounder by Ryan Rua. It didn’t last though. The team lost 14-10 against the Hawks.

The series wraps in Boise Wednesday.
