PULLMAN - Washington State defensive starter Anthony Laurenzi was dismissed from the team Thursday after being arrested over the weekend.
On Sunday night Anthony Laurenzi was arrested for 3rd degree theft at the Walmart located at 1690 SE Harvest Drive. Laurenzi was a full-time starter at defensive tackle during his redshirt junior season in 2011.
A WSU spokesperson said Laurenzi was been dismissed by Mike Leach for violation of team policy.
