LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Two USC basketball players accused of brawling in Downtown Spokane have been suspended from their team.

Interim Head Coach Bob Cantu says Dewayne Dedmon and James Blasczyk will remain off the team indefinitely for violating a team rule.

"Separately, we are aware of the Spokane investigation into an alleged incident involving those players and we are cooperating with the authorities to determine the facts," said Cantu on USC’s team blog. "Until we learn all the facts, it would be inappropriate to comment further."

Witnesses say the fight happened early Sunday morning. Four people were hurt.

The Trojans open the Pac-12 Tournament Wednesday night at 6 p.m. against Utah.
