SPOKANE -- The Spokane Shock announced on Tuesday that wide receiver Charles Dillon, offensive lineman Jamarr Ward, and offensive lineman Chris Pino have been added to the 2010 roster.
Dillon, a former Washington State University standout, is the sixth member of the 2009 ArenaCup Champion Shock to join the team for the 2010 season.
In his rookie season, Dillon proved to be an important part of Spokane’s offensive success in the regular season and in the post season. In 17 games, Dillon recorded 89 receptions – including 23 touchdowns – for 1078 yards.
Ward is no stranger to the game of arena football With over seven years of Arena experience. Ward spent the 2007 and 2008 seasons with the Kansas City Brigade.
Throughout his career, Ward has earned a reputation as a versatile player who has been able to use his athletic ability and his size to his advantage. He's played offense and defense but feels at home on the offensive line as a tight end where he has accounted for 16 touchdowns.
Pino spent the 2008 season with the San Jose SaberCats. He spent the 2007 season on the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad. The previous season, Pino split time with the Ravens and the Washington Redskins’ practice squads. Pino appeared in eight NFL preseason games during his time with the Redskins and the Ravens.
