PULLMAN - There are some important questions surrounding Ken Bone's team as Washington State tips off the new college basketball season Saturday with a visit from Eastern Washington.
The biggest area of uncertainty is at the point guard position, following the dismissal of Reggie Moore. Bone says the Cougs will use a handful of players to direct the offense, including Kansas transfer Royce Woolridge.
One sure thing is big man Brock Motum, who led the Pac-12 in scoring as a junior.
WSU scrimmages Saint Martin's Tuesday at 7:00 p.m., which will be their final tuneup. With some uncertainty surrounding the team, Bone hopes their early games will set them on a good course.
The Cougs and Eags meet in Pullman Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
