RENTON -- Former Idaho defensive end Benson Mayowa was one of two players to sign with the Seahawks, following their three-day rookie minicamp.
Tight end Victor Marshall also inked a deal with Seattle.
Mayowa went undrafted after wrapping up his career in Moscow with three sacks and 19 tackles in 2012.
The 6-foot-3-inch 236-pound DE earned praise from Pete Carroll following Sunday's final workout.
“No. 70 jumped out; he was pretty fast on the edge,” Carroll said.
Mayowa will now get a chance to participate in Seattle's OTAs, which begin May 20th.
