The Seattle Seahawks got back to work in earnest Friday to defend their Super Bowl championship with the first practice of training camp.
The first two-and-a-half weeks of camp are open to the public and are sold out.
Fans started gathering early Friday outside the new Seahawks Pro Shop at The Landing in Renton, where they will be shuttled to the VMAC.
The first practice wrapped up just after noon Friday. It resumes Saturday.
The open practices last through August 12. The first Seahawks preseason game is Aug. 7 at the Denver Broncos.
