SPOKANE, Wash. --  KREM 2 News hit the bike and pedaled for 14 hours straight to raise money for the battle against ALS.

KREM 2 News Director, Noah Cooper, will compete in his first Ironman Competition in Coeur d’Alene June 29th. He is doing it to raise money for the Steve Gleason Initiative Foundation. The organization helps people with ALS and is working to find a cure.

Since Cooper is putting in so much work the rest of the staff figured we could step it up a bit.

KREM 2 held a Bike-A-Thon Wednesday. KREM 2 anchors and reporters rode stationary bikes at the central YMCA from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
