In order to be compliant with the Childrens' Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), krem.com does not gather or store information from anyone 13 years old or younger. The moment we identify that someone is 13 or younger, we stop them in the signup process and offer them other options for accessing the information or service they are requesting.
