Honora Swanson

Honora Swanson joined KREM in September 2011.
Before landing in Spokane, Honora began her career in Grand Junction, Colorado at KJCT. While in Grand Junction, she reported on severe weather, local elections and the medical marijuana controversy. Honora also took an intensive behind-the-scenes class to learn how police and fire departments function.
Honora is a San Diego native and went to college at Arizona State University. While in college she interned at KAET and KNXV. She holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
When she's not digging for news, Honora enjoys spending time in both the city and the outdoors. Some of her hobbys include traveling and listening to new music. She's excited to explore the Pacific Northwest.
