WSP stops more than 10 exotic cars on I-90 for going over 100 mph

GRANT CO., Wash. – A lime green Lamborghini was stopped by Washington State Patrol officers for speeding twice on Wednesday.

WSP Trooper Brian Moore said the driver was first pulled over for going 102 mph and then 99 mph. The driver was  stopped in Kittitas County, then in Grant County. Officials said they have stopped more than 10 exotic cars on eastbound I-90 for going over 100 mph.

Moore confirmed the Lamborghini was impounded for reckless driving and reminded rivers to slow down while driving I-90.

Moore said they have been informed they are headed to the Gold Rush Rally in Spokane.
