SPOKANE--Nearly 20 years ago major flames ripped through the region burning more than 100 homes.
Many call Firestorm '91 the worst, most destructive fire in Spokane's history. Sunday marks the 20th anniversary.
KREM 2's Danielle Grant talked with dispatchers and firefighters to see what's changed within the department since then.
