GRANT COUNTY, Wash. - Firefighters in Grant County battled a big wildfire near Soap Lake in the area of County Road 20 Friday afternoon.
Officials say the fire destroyed at least 140 acres and three structure have been destroyed.
Kyle Forman with Grant County Sheriff's Office says homes were in danger.
The fire was under control as of 3:30 p.m.
Country Road 20 was closed from the 1000-3000th block.
